Observation details
In the most clear photo (where the bill is blocked) the wing coverts (especially greater coverts) most resemble Grasshopper Sparrow and not Savannah Sparrow. There is no malar stripe as in Savannah Sparrow. Otherwise I think everything fits for Grasshopper Sparrow: Pale to white center stripe on dark crown, white eye-ring, yellow lores etc.
