Observation details
The actual parentage of this bird is unknown, other than it is clearly mostly Northern Shoveler. Blue-winged Teal was chosen as the other parent due to the facial crescent. More photos are available. The bird was first found by Bob and Jeannie Pollock, and was present for at least a couple weeks.
