Observation details
Diving below surface regularly. Only above water in waves for a few seconds at a time. Dark body with white markings on wings. White circle below yellow eye. Head looked more brownish than green. I tried to take a video thru scope, and best images pulled from video. Full video available if desired. Appears to be first winter drake.
