Observation details
Continuing rarity re-reported by Mark Sawyer. Kimya Lambert and I spotted this bird in an elderberry on the north side of Babel Slough Rd, perhaps 100 feet from the River Rd. It flew down on the north side of the ditch and foraged along with many other sparrows, and then returned to the elderberry where I was able to get some pretty good photos.
