Observation details
Saw it a quite distance initially and first impression was Juvenile Peregrine falcon. When it flew and perched little further, all the harriers in the lake bed started mobbing it continuously. Only on a closer look we could confirm it as a Laggar Falcon immature - darker brown upper parts, finer moustachial stripe, unbarred tail, greyish cere & legs. Continuously been mobbed by all the raptors in the lake bed - White-eyed buzzard, Common Kestrels, all Harriers and finally a Peregrine Falcon as well.
