Observation details
While entering the area I heard a Vireo singing, I couldn't spot the bird so I recorded it on BirdNET. On 2 tries, the app identified the singing bird as a Philadelphia both times. When I came back out, I again heard the bird from the parking area. I used BirdNET again, and twice again it identified the singing bird as a Philadelphia. I watched the tree where the singing was coming from and got the bird in the photo. Dark eye line, no dark eyebrow. The color of the chest is difficult to determine because it was a cloudy day and the light coming through was going through light green leaves, casting a yellowish pale over the bird. I have attached one of the sound recordings. The song is not that of a Warbling Vireo. These things make me pretty confident this is a Philadelphia Vireo, and not a Warbling or Red-eyed Vireo.
