Observation details

Saw it fly up on to a horizontal branch. Not sure what had spooked it initially but it settled and was seen well from all angles. Large pale eyebrow prominent, rufous bars on primaries and long tail. Smallish, less than 12 inches long. Undertail seen well and white ends to outer rectrices with dark bases suggest it is a male whip.
