Media notes
Terrible settings, with exp comp way high - I grabbed my camera without even looking at them. Snapped this frame then started recording audio.
Observation details
Two small crows flew in to peninsula giving thin, nasal calls. They landed in the grass and started hopping around in a very typical Fish Crow fashion and I grabbed both my phone and camera and recorded audio/video. The video for each is terrible - I should have at least tried to keep the bird in the frame. After just 30 seconds or so, they flew to land over in the first parking area. At that point, Jerry Webb rolled up in his car. I was walking back around towards the birds with my zoom recorder rolling and the birds took off, flying over us, out across the lake and away. They could very easily have gone across the water to Lock 3. If accepted, first documented county record.
