Observation details
Cormorant on its own in a dead tree by the big square parking lot. Appeared to have a proportionately long tail, a faint white outline around the orange throat, and dark lores (no orange on the face above the bill). It was flushed by a Double-crested Cormorant at which point the size difference became obvious - Double-crested was much larger. Appears to be an immature Neotropic.
