Photos - Juv-1cy - Seen briefly at around 6:40 am sitting approximately 75-100 yards off RP (just inside the RP rips) at the east side of the Lighthouse. It was adjacent to a COLO and its larger size, over all pale appearance and large, pale yellowish bill were apparent. Unfortunately, this bird dove and I was never able to relocate despite several hours searching with P. Trimble.
