Observation details
Mega- called into Mass Audubon- I was asked to go over to location to get photos- first to try and document as to what species it was. The most significant feature was when perched we could see that the outermost primary did indeed seem large and club shaped--classic Black-chinned. Later better photos were taken on Nov 21. from Marshall: This is a HY female, by the clean white throat. IMG_8956a shows the outermost primary well, which is a luck shot, but this nails it. The outermost primary is broad and club-shaped. IMG_8952a is a bit misleading, because the primary is edge-on
