I saw this bird briefly before I recorded it, when it was perched about 12 meters away and 8-10 meters up in the same row of 15-16 meter-tall trees along the side road where I recorded the previous two cuts of Sakesphorus canadensis and Phaeomyias murina. The bird apparently flew off and I looked down at the meter. Weather conditions for the same [partly cloudy, breezy, mid-80s]. Equipment Notes: Sennheiser powered using phantom power and with filter in flat position and attenuator off for all recordings. Nagra input set at 2 mV / Pa and low-pass filter in flat position unless noted otherwise.
