Media notes

This bird was well seen before I began recording (less so while I was recording) as it perched over the road on what appeared to be a horizontal branch, 12 meters away and 10 meters up, in an Erythrina tree and with a banana orchard on one side of the road and a coffee plantation on the other in front of the La Cuchilla school in the Comunidad Rural del Palmar de La Cuchilla. Clear, 70° F. Equipment Notes: Sennheiser powered using phantom power and with filter in flat position and attenuator off for all recordings. Nagra input set at 2 mV / Pa and low-pass filter in flat position unless noted otherwise.
