Observation details
1 seen very well along Cheyne Road at dawn, initially heard singing at the start of the short track to the beach, it was then located singing from the base of a tree just to the west, giving great views. It suddenly ran out and crossed the road within a couple of feet of me, disappearing into vegetation on the south side of the road. Five minutes later it ran back across the road to the east side of the track, where it then skulked along the edge. It showed well at times in the dense vegetation, but always partly obscured. It crossed the track twice more and sang a couple of times. At least 5 others were heard singing along the sandy tracks in Arpenteur NR, mainly in the morning, none easily visible.
