Media notes
A pair flew into "monte", i.e., dense shrubbery--green now after good rains--on the slope above the rushing stream at Yunguilla, and the presumed male sang several times before flying upslope and singing again and then disappearing into more dense shrubbery. The presumed female gave the thin "seep" call notes.
Observation details
One pair was moving in the dense “monte”, one bird stopping to sing intermittently; a second pair was glimpsed after the presumed male sang a couple of songs.
