Observation details
Black at base of bill contrasts white head and long neck. Pointed bill is pale yellow-green, unlike yellow-orange of Nazca Booby. Larger than Western Gull. On outer sea wall preening at 2:15. Closer to south end of sea wall than to flag pole. A previous report claims the bird has a bright yellow bill, suggesting Nazca. In my opinion, this is a paler color. Photos to be added.
