Observation details
Vocalized several times, in the Bay Area where they usually are. Adult was later seen perched on one of its favorite perches. Spent about an hour with the bird. at one point they got scared off from its perch because a dog came by and then it went to the nest that they've used in years past and started making a squeaky call, normal screechy call they do. After 5 to 10 minutes of the bird on the nest making its squeaky call, a second falcon showed up looking similar to the female that was here last year (less dark wings & body and more off color chest than the pure White of adult number one). When bird 2 showed up that flew around a bit and then flew off and bird number one followed her. Bird number one returned 2 minutes later, and perched near the nest, staying silent. No idea where bird number 2 went. Bird number one eventually took off towards the mainland.
