Observation details

Small Falcon, the upper side was a cool, pale blue (appears darker in photos due to exposure), moderate streaking above tapering off at the lower breast. Highly contrasting tail bands, the black, subterminal band the broadest and most distinguished in flight. Pale head with very faint mustache stripe, light, thin supercillium.
