Observation details

See photo below. The bill is slightly decurved which fits the short-billed. The loral angle of the bird seen in the photo is 23 degrees. This is more in line with the average angle for Short-billed. The white bars on the tail feathers are slightly wider than the black bars. This is an indicator for short-billed.
