Observation details
My fourth time, at least, to see this bird in the area. It has barred underwings with no black wingtips. Chest is pinkish, belly whitish, and feet are yellow. I strongly think this is a JP Sparrowhawk. This time, I saw it chasing a flock of swallows in the air. After some 3-5 minutes of hovering and flying, it suddenly dove down vertically. I think it caught one of the small birds and decided to eat it on the ground (not visible).
