Observation details
Two birds associating with thelarge flock of Canada Geese. Although waterfowl hunting takes place in the park, the east side lake area is not hunted, so there is typically several hundred Canada Geese here. These two Ross's were there for the first time as far as I know, although a couple had been seen at the Ridgetown Sewage Lagoon recently so it is possible it is the same pair. They were much more wary than the Canadas, which are very used to people.
