Observation details
One in the yard singing for three-four minutes from dense cover. Couldn't tempt it out with playback, just made it silent. I've heard (and seen) Black-billed Cuckoo annually for the past 12 years in Quebec including this spring. I've also had experience of Yellow-billed Cuckoos vocalizing, the song I heard was the 'typical' Black-billed Cuckoo song.
