Background sounds may include female Bullock's Oriole. See 406-8 [LNS #21187] for foregoing [illegible word] out.l BNA: Vocalizations do not fit descriptions in BNA. mf [Although there is a single, decapitated example of what appears to be a "Compound Vocalization" of this species at the very beginning of this recording, the only vocalizations in the body of the recording are songs of Icterus bullockii. Terminology for kingbird call is based on BNA and W. J. Smith (1966. Communications and relationships in the genus Tyrannus.Publ. Nuttall Ornithol. Cl. 6). Quality unchanged (3) - CAM - 7 January 2005]. Habitat: Deciduous Forest, Riparian, Desert, Scrub.
