I suspect it was a female based on size and shape. First series of cuts calling in flight, second series on cliff first and in flight later on. A nest must have been nearby as the bird was nervous with our presence and they have nested before on this cliff. Perhaps one of the same birds I recorded years ago here. Other Behaviors: Perch.
