Observation details
Seen and photographed at the north end of Pond 4. Based on my photos, this looks like the same hybrid Cinnamon Teal x Green-winged Teal that I saw in this pond in January of 2014. It looks pretty much like a male Cinnamon Teal except as follows: has the dark green ear patch outlined in white like a Green-winged Teal; has a whitish tan "hip patch" just in front of the undertail coverts.
