Observation details
This bird was calling from the side of the road and started a weird jumping dance with its tail bend sidewards. Thinking it might have been hurt, I approached it, and to my surprise it did not try to run away, but at the contrary, restarted its "dance" and then even came to me when cars passed and hid behind my boot. I could even touch the bird. Only when I took distance again, the bird flew up in the bush and behaved normally again. A very strange experience. This bird likely has been in the care of people before (being hurt or as a lost fledgling?).
