Observation details
Brief (15-20 seconds) view in flight and then briefly perched. Extremely long tail that was visibly forked in flight, and the tail itself undulated a bit. Photos by both DG and GA in flight and DG perched. Briefly re-located, by others, nearby 6 hours later.
