Media notes
Had started to record birds coming down to the creek when the Mallard started calling. One had flown out of the area immediately before I started the recording, but I did not see this bird. After the recording I flushed a pair of Mallards out as I walked closer. Presumably the female was calling. Rustling sounds likely robins, Brown Thrasher and/or Spotted Towhee. Need to work on reducing handling noise.
