Observation details
Mega rarity! Photos available through TAS Birdboard. First located at 11:10 in large sparsely-leafed out strangler fig, where it remained for the next 5 hours and was seen by about 70 birders. Small bill, lower mandible basal half or more was orange-pink, tip black. More details to come.
