Observation details

This individual was identified as Pin-tailed Snipe on call as it flushed, based on the cleaner (narrower-frequency), bell-shaped call structure (see attached call reference image) giving a more squeaky quality, vs the lower, broader-frequency and therefore harsher call of Swinhoe's Snipe. Potentially more than one of the four snipe present were Pin-tailed.
