A Gilbert's Honeyeater bathing. Gilbert's Honeyeater (Melithreptus chloropsis) also known as the Western White-naped Honeyeater, is endemicsouth-western Australia, and occupies a wide range of dry sclerophyll eucalypt woodlands. Gilbert'sHoneyeaters forage for insects and nectar in the Wandoo, Yate and mallee woodland growing at the Stirling Range Retreat on the edge of Stirling Range National Park in southern Western Australia.
