A male Grey-hooded Sierra-Finch perching, then flying off. Grey-hooded Sierra-Finch (Phrygilus gayi) is found in dry shrubland, often at high altitude. This bird was perching on a rail at the Valle Nevado Ski Resort in the Andes above Santiago. Elevation: 3024 m. Date added to IBC: February 16, 2019.
