A Slaty-breasted Wood-Rail walking and hunting for food on a forest margin. Slaty-breasted Wood-Rails (Aramides saracura) are shy, cryptic birds that live in moist forests and marshes in southern Brazil and northern Argentina. This Rail was skulking alone on the forest edge, picking up prey form the grass and leaf litter. Elevation: 214 m. Date added to IBC: February 20, 2019.
