A Jacobin Cuckoo perching in a strong wind. The Jacobin Cuckoo (Clamator jacobinus) is widespread throughout much of Africa through to India. It is a summer migrant to Kruger Park. This Jacobin Cuckoo was perching in a thorn in southern Kruger Park on an extremely blustery day – apologies for the sound quality!. Elevation: 287 m. Date added to IBC: June 9, 2018.
