Red Wattlebird feeding on Eucalyptus leucoxylon flowers at Bibra Lake. The Red Wattlebird (Anthochaera carunculata) is a large, noisy grey honeyeater with a distinctive red wattle on the side of its neck and has a wide distribution across southern Australia. This bird was feeding on nectar from the flowers of Eucalyptus leucoxylon at Bibra Lake, south of Perth. Elevation: 18 m. Date added to IBC: May 7, 2018.
