Presumably a male bird giving its typical morning and late afternoon song in Altos de Cerro Azul (800 m), most often heard.....during the breeding season (approx April to August). One member of a flock of about 20 birds that can be very noisy. Elevation: 636 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
