Philby's Partridge at Al Wahdah Woods. First images I'd been able to manage of Philby's as they're very quick to fly and if on the ground are typically distant and on the move. After flushing a large mixed group of Philby's and Arabian, we waited around quietly in the hopes of relocating them again and sure enough just before sunset a covey of Philby's appeared on a vegetated ledge on a cliff face towering over Al Wahdah Woods in Tanomah. Our views through the scope were long and satisfying even if a bit distant. Like Saudi Birding on Facebook Subscribe to Graskew75 on YouTube Follow gregory.askew on Instagram. Elevation: 2214 m.
