A female mandibulating and swallowing a large insect. According to Restall's Birds of Northern South America, the nominate viridis is now called Amazonian White-tailed Trogon, with the (sub)species chionurus now called Western White-tailed Trogon. Peperpot is an old plantation dating from the Dutch colonial times. Elevation: 3 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
