Media notes
A second calendar male singing from a bare branch, eventually flying away. A rare species to find in The Netherlands, even more so to find it singing. When parva and albicollis are split, the Red-breasted Flycatcher is monotypic, as is the other former subspecies albicollis, which is then known as Taiga or Red-throated Flycatcher. Elevation: 26 m. Date added to IBC: June 23, 2016.
