Observation details
continuing first-winter bird with a bicolored bill (mostly pink with dark tip) overall pale plumage and white primaries and retricies. Pale tan tone to underparts and wing coverts and undertails coverts mottled with pale tan markings. Bill marked with blood from recent feeding on Elephant Seal after-birth.
