Observation details
Continuing bird in small trees at the NE end of the parking lot towards the fire station. Had been birding in the area for about 2 hours and given up on seeing the flycatcher. Got in my car and was driving slowing around the far end of the parking lot when I saw what looked like a flycatcher land on a branch - parked my car and grabbed my camera. It was still there and flew back and forth between 3 trees for about 4 minutes before it took off towards the fire station. Very distinctive - dipping it's long tail downward. Bill long and narrow with yellow on the lower mandible and sharp dark tip. Grayish above with pale band across forehead - pale gray and yellow below. Pictures.
