Media notes

Pair flew up and landed about four meters away and just two or three meters high on open branch, one bird calling loudly as they landed. One fluttered a short way and the other followed it, the second bird bobbing its head back and forth and chattering just in front of the first, squeaking. This second bird then fed the other, and the pair chatted and squeaked quietly while nibbling each other's bills for a moment. Background noise resulting from waves in nearby bay shore, as well as crackly vegetation moving around.

Observation details

Pair around campsite, others flying over and one foraging in tree further down track. Minimum count.
