Observation details
First heard a distant croak muffled by a passing jet plane. Did not hear it again, so we brushed it off. A few minutes later we saw a large corvid circling in the sky above reminiscent of RTHA. Upon closer inspection we saw the spade shaped tail and large wingspan. At this point we identified it as a Common Raven. Shortly thereafter it let out a few croaks. Seen and heard well by all in the birding party. Photo to be attached by Ernst Mutchnick.
