Observation details

*High Count! Scarce but regular in these deep waters at this time of the year (end of May to beginning of June). Two regular-looking adult-type birds showing normal molt in the primaries flew in together, and after a while we became aware that there was a third bird in the area, which turned out to be the same individual that was near the boat around sunrise (the fresher-looking bird, which was potentially not an adult).
