Observation details
This bird flitted quickly among the tree branches much like the Yellow-Rumped Warblers in the same tree. With the small bill, delicate facial stripes and light belly I was thinking definitely a Vireo, and it did look similar to the Red-Eyed, Warbling, and Philadelphia Vireos seen back home. Picture is poor, and as a Minnesotan I am not as familiar with what species should be most likely for this location and time of year. The tree was located nearby the Ma-Le'l Dunes South Unit parking lot.
