Observation details
The wren was small, had a short stubby tail, and was an overall dark reddish brown. The sides of the neck and breast were plain (unpatterned). The throat was dark and almost as dark as the breast. The wren was foraging along Bear Creek along High Drive, roughly 200-300 yards upstream of the gate near Gold Camp Rd. B. Percival et. al. reviewed photos and confirmed identification.
