Observation details
Song first heard at -20.9624, 55.4405 (1399 m ASL), then second individual calling closer to trail in same area. Eventually rewarded with excellent views of a male, which appeared to be a 1cy bird with retained faded brown juvenile primaries. Second individual not seen clearly but briefly in company with first bird, so presumably a female if a pair on territory. Photographed.
