Observation details
Found and photographed by myself along with Victor Emanuel on the afternoon of July 17. A short time later we showed it to our entire tour group. Many people saw it over the ensuing days. i believe it was last seen on July 22. It represented the first record for Texas. TBRC#1996-94, TPRF#1447.
