Media notes

Flight calls and a couple of chip notes from a female-type. Chasing a male Magnolia Warbler at the end of the cut. The Magnolia gives the rougher, more chirping calls, starting at 1:28. Wing and perhaps bill noise, probably from both birds, but no more audible calls from the Black-throated Green can be heard after 1:30.

Additional species

  • Magnolia Warbler Setophaga magnolia
  • Chestnut-sided Warbler Setophaga pensylvanica
  • Yellow-bellied Sapsucker Sphyrapicus varius
