Observation details
On median just E of Gilgo. Never saw a RTHA with such a red head! Pulled over onto meidian and turned off car to take photos, but the cars that were passing me created a pressure wave that shook my car preventing clearer pictures. I didn't want to mess with camera settings as I did not want linger long due to concern for risking ticket.
